Take the [200893|Dragon Heart Stone Seal] and open the hidden chamber inside the [ZONE_THE HOWLING SPIRE|Tower of Wailing Wind]. Take the [200894|Secret Book of the Ancient Kingdoms] back to [110296|Napson] at [ZONE_HAROLFE TRADING POST|Harf Trading Post].
