AcceptDetailAfter several experiments, I have come to the conclusion that [110491|Katrina's] guess is correct: the Kobolds in the [ZONE_WAILING MOUNTAINS|Howling Mountains] have a unique mutation within their bodies.
Whenever they become aware of anything that may endanger their lives, they find a cave and enter a deep sleep. In doing so, they were able to escape the large magical raids on the area.
As a result, the Kobolds in the Howling Mountains have changed the way they live, and now reside around the caves.
