So, it is finally done.
Some two months ago the council of Varanas asked the Eye of Wisdom to assist in this matter, but their secretary general seemingly ignored it.
As a citizen of Varanas, the secretary general of the Eye of Wisdom neglected his duties against the city when he was selfishly concentrating on his research.
