His daughter, princess [115636\|Eliyar], wanted to reinforce the seal on the amulet, and so led a troop of Elves in search of more potent Nature's Power. \n\nWhen [115636\|Eliyar] first had this idea, it really was in order to find out how to merge Nature's Power with the Forbidden Wall. But for some reason, after a while the Elves started to crave more power. Perhaps it was because of the Shadows...

SC_423338_4	Nobody knows where the Shadows came from. It seems that they were always in the forest, biding their time, lying in wait, waiting for the best time to attack the [ZONE_JYRNA_SANCTUARY\|Sanctuary of Jyr'na].\n\nA very long time ago, the Shadows led some Elves to their deaths. It was after this that I began to sense this craving for power, and that I myself was changing. We were all slowly being changed by an invisible force.\n\nIn their quest for power, they began to delve into extremely powerful magic, and in order to satisfy their demands I began to draw energy from the plants... resulting in the forest and the swamp as you see them today...
